• We will provide work schedule in line with master schedule for AV works.
• We will execute and monitor the progress closely on the schedule to complete the project within the time frame provided.

• We will execute the program as in the design required. Should there be any changes in owner’s requirement, we shall reexamine our design to meet the changes as required.
• For actual work site condition, should there be any obstacle in implementing original design, we shall report to client and offer option for alternate approach to achieve the original design required.

• All engineering works to be executed shall conform to building regulation standards.
• Factory acceptance test shall be conducted prior to the site installations.
