Scope of Work

Provide on-site corrective maintenance for hardware and software applications.
ESCO will provide remedial maintenance services. Maintenance will include software upgrading as deemed necessary by ESCO engineers.

1. Scheduled Quarterly on site preventive maintenance / general servicing:
• Lubricating, cleaning and calibrating & adjusting of parts or devices of equipment.
• Diagnostic tests of control systems if necessary.
• Performance of equipment / system inspection.
2. Propose modifications / upgrades / replacements of equipment to improve or ensure the equipment or system are in good working condition.
3. Free loaner equipment will be provided.
4. Helpdesk service support via videoconference or telephone.
5. On-site response by maintenance engineer for equipment failure within 5 hours (exclude weekend and public holiday).
